What We Do


Review monthly financial reports for accuracy; monitor Research Grant spending for allowable costs; review funding availability; prepare reports; answer general accounting questions; and complete account close-out.

Key Requests

All SIB Facility Access Requests require faculty member authorization. Faculty, fill out the SIB Facility Access Request Form to request keys for your lab staff member.

Please wait for email confirmation that keys are ready for pickup before coming to our offices. If any extended delays are expected, you will be notified.


Submit requests to vendors via appropriate campus methods; facilitate communication with vendors; provide order tracking; assist with ordering problems; and serve as a resource for special needs and operational methods.

Fill out the Online Request for Requisition Form to order items with unit CFOP accounts.

Reimbursements and Vouchers

Assist with pre-payment of travel expenses and also review and approve miscellaneous reimbursements and payments to vendors.

Research Grant Preparation and Submission

Assist in reviewing research proposal submissions to meet agency submission guidelines; prepare Proposal Budgets in adherence with Campus Policies and Procedures; assist in electronic proposal submission to agency in collaboration with the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Administration; and facilitate submission of documents to granting agency as requested prior to agency award.
