Biography

I am a current Master's student who grew up in Huntington, West Virginia, beside the Ohio River. I received a B. S. in Biology from Cedarville University, northeast of Dayton. I am familiar with many of the waterways of central and southeast Ohio, having collected midge larvae from over 60 of Ohio's streams as an undergraduate. Besides studying insects, I enjoy birdwatching and fishing when I get the opportunity. I like learning about other languages, and I am an enthusiastic student of naval history. I am also a Bible-believing Christian.
