Title: Founder, Managing Member
Employer: Climate, Agriculture and Partnership Solutions Consulting, LLC
Previous Role: Open Innovation Lead, Science at Climate Corporation
Frank did his undergraduate, doctorate, and post-doc right here at Illinois. He started in general biology, and then found his passion in plant biology after doing research in Evan DeLucia’s lab.
He has done research both in and outside of academia, working in Steve Long's lab as a technician, and Ph.D. student as well as the Crop Physiology Lead at Monsanto. He also has extensive experience in developing partnerships through his time at Climate Corporation where he helped drive strategic partnerships with Universities, and other public institutions, to accelerate the science in the cutting-edge field of digital agriculture.
He is now the Founder, and Managing Member of Climate, Agriculture and Partnership Solutions Consulting, LLC, where he aims to work with clients to drive solutions at the interface of agriculture and the environment.
The integrated curriculum at Illinois, between the Plant Biology and Crop Science, departments enabled a unique perspective on practical ways to improve the efficiency, productivity and sustainability of modern agriculture.
