Image Use on Other Websites
Please do not use our images on your website directly. Instead, link your page to either the directory of insect images or the individual page on which our image is held. If you wish, a small "thumbnail" image can be used on your page to link to our image page.
Commercial Use of Our Images
As a general rule, the University of Illinois Department of Entomology does not allow commercial use of our insect images. However, if you would still like to contact us regarding a specific commercial use, please indicate exactly which images you are interested in and exactly what their use would be. Citing Image Sources
If you feel you can legally use our images, such as for a non-profit reason like a school report, we ask that you clearly cite the Department of Entomology at the University of Illinois as the image source.
