Laura did her bachelor’s degree here at Illinois in Integrative Biology in the Honors Program, and received her PhD in Human Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University in Spring 2018. After that she was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She is currently a Research Fellow at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, where she leads a translationally-focused human milk research program.
