Nathan is currently a Customer Success Manager, which involves client relations and revenue strategy, for a Machine Learning / Chemical Formulations software platform called Sunthetics. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree in IBH in 2016, he went on to be the founding Customer Success hire at the seed stage startup company, which specializes in helping companies doing chemical formulations R&D in finding the optimal experimental conditions for their R&D system goals and constraints as quickly and efficiently as possible. He helps clients onboard to their platform, educates them on the machine learning and statistical components of their product, and helps them structure their data and experimental approach to help them meet their goals. He also helps guide the company's revenue retention strategy, product education, and acts as a strategic partner for shaping the product feature roadmap.

His IB degree has helped steer him in a number of directions professionally, including working on Go-to-Market Teams for Biotechnology startup companies, Consulting roles, and even teaching English abroad. The IBH program was a great interdisciplinary program that made him a more well-rounded student and thinker and helped him consider a wide variety of potential career paths and the tenacity to pursue diverse opportunities over time.
