In regards to how her IB degree helped her on her path to getting into a PA program, she states, “Getting a degree in IB substantially helped me understand processes that are critical from a medical point, and I also feel as though I received a very well-rounded education for biological education in general, not just medicine-related topics. After I graduated, I felt as though I was well prepared to enter into various different fields of works affiliated with biology in some way, not just necessarily medicine.”
